We proactively manage your budget to minimize costs and obtain maximum value for your property, because we know that times are tough. We are transparent and provide regular detailed financial reports tailored to your needs, so that you know the financial status of your property. Our internal procedures have been effectively formulated to achieve excellent results, and we diligently pursue the collection of overdue levies.

Our ability to converse in multiple languages – with Mandarin, Cantonese and Indonesian-speaking OC Management Specialists – serves as an indispensable tool for relationship-building and management success.

Our service is unlike any
other. We personalise our management services to suit your lot owners, based on factors such as location, demographic and local interests. In addition, we have one of the lowest property-to-manager ratios in the industry, enabling us to deliver the highest quality and most diligent service to our clients. We also complement our combined OC Management services by partnering with Unique Property Settlement (UPS) to deliver a smooth settlement service for our Developers at a competitive price.

We pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty. As we are independently operated, we do not receive commissions or payments from any service provider. While we do receive insurance commissions as an authorised representative, these are always fully disclosed.
