The project involved the development of the site located at 137-141 Bourke Street, Melbourne into 104 one- and two-bedroom residential apartments & two retail tenancies over 20 levels, including a single level basement, building services and associated amenities.

The building included Ground level residential entry and lift lobby, a residential common area and terrace, and gained a 4-star Green Star rating for the overall development works.
