SHAWN LU

Shawn Lu had been fine tuning his wide-ranging property expertise for nearly 15 years before joining MOCS, and his innate ability to make things happen was evident from day one. Very highly (and affectionately) regarded as our “go-to” General Manager, Shawn now has a huge portfolio of successful strata achievements on behalf of our clients, including more than 2,700 apartments, over 50 boutique residencies, plus dozens of townhouses and commercial developments.

NEIL COYLE

Technical adviser with wealth of experience.

Neil joined MOCS in 2020 with a plethora of experience in the industry spanning 18 years. From building management, facilities management, working with and for developers and builders, and a background in defect identification/management, risk, compliance and contract procurement to name a few. The technical knowledge and networking skills Neil brings to MOCS holds the company in great stead and his experience ensures MOCS are always one step ahead.

NOEL LIM

Owners Corporation Manager with strong finance background & trainer mindset.

Noel Lim is a highly experienced professional with more than 10 years management experience and more than 5 years experience in Owners Corporation management. He has managed many large apartment buildings with more than 500 lots including Swanston Central (1,039 residential apartments, 71 levels) and Whitehorse Towers. He has a great deal of experience with working with Committees and Owners in Owners Corporations and resolving various issues with their properties.
